Mostly, laugh and have fun with hip shakes, shoulder shimmies, and a great cardio workout to some fun music.
From a Clinical Massage Therapist/Personal Trainer aspect/Corrective Exercise Specialist side, I appreciate the strengthing of the core, relieving stiffness in the lower back, safe movements to strengthen the legs relieving strain on the knees as well as the shoulder movements opening up the upper back and neck area in a safe way. There is no move that can not be applied to assist the body in healing.
As well as you will feel like an instant belly dancer and some of these moves can be used for free style moves to a variety of music.
So celebrate your belly no matter what size and lets Bellydance the night away.
