FOR THE LADIES:

Did someone say book club? Well ladies here it is. Our 2nd Patio Book Club Event

We will be meeting every 2 weeks and discussing our 1st book of Women, Food and God. Because this book is about change and reflection we will discussing 2 chapters each time.
So for those of you that are too busy to read a book (hey that's me!) It is an easy pace and a great read. But is a great opportunity to be reflect along the way and those things should not be rushed.

Women Food and God:
An Unexpected Path to Almost Everything

The way you eat is inseparable from your core beliefs about being alive. No matter how sophisticated or wise or enlightened you believe you are, how you eat tells all. The world is on your plate. When you begin to understand what prompts you to use food as a way to numb or distract yourself, the process takes you deeper into realms of spirit and to the bright center of your own life. Rather than getting rid of or instantly changing your conflicted relationship with food, Women Food and God is about welcoming what is already here, and contacting the part of yourself that is already whole?divinity itself.

I will provide beverages and afternoon snack or dessert (donations appreciated)
(I will be starting my holistic nutrition class so know I will get some great food options from that)

At 6pm the house is open to all with its regular potluck/card night if you want to stay for that. That is a potluck so please rsvp separately for that event.
