East Side-Live Music, Dancing on the East Side

Update- Great news, sheet pizza, nachos and a ff plater will be available a little after 8 for us to munch on complimentary of meetup. Seating is generally on a first come first serve bases but I got Rick, the manager, to save us a few high tops so we can get checked in and have a decent core location. We should be able to take over most of the area or at least enough for us once the dinner crowd breaks up. So we will be to the right of the stage facing the stage. Come one, come all, get checked in, grab nacho, drink, talk and dance - bring a friend - no cover - peace!

Also- about 20+ others from new in town will be there to add to the mix.

Hey All,

The Nice folks at N.I.T. have invited us to go dancing on the East Side with them.

Meetups are kind of quiet for the New Years so save your juice and meet us on Friday.  Lets bring it to the East Side for a change and celebrate another night of live music. This Band has a good song list of danceable rock and gets into into 90's and some grunge rock and pop rock.  The venue here is real cool and set up with a nice dance floor area.  Tons of video games, air hockey, a balcony area and things to keep you occupied.  This open yet divided space provides plenty of room for chit chat in the rear.  It has a lot different feel than the Westlake Boneyard which has been the location of so many events.

Name tags will be provided to help out with whom is in the group and we expect to have a decent size table to the right of the stage if your facing the stage.

    Hi Liz,
The crowd is 25-40 mostly I would say. Its not a college age place. The new in town group has 11 members coming of all ages. Getting there before the band starts helps to meet people.
