Anyone want to go to the movies with friends for FREE?  I can set up reserved seating for the screening of 21 & Over, a comedy about a young guy celebrating his 21st birthday and all that went wrong.  Maybe some of you want to plan dinner or drinks before the show and make a night of it.  :)

This is a FREE showing for the movie!

The movie starts at 7, so try to be at the theater at 6:45 at the VERY LATEST so you can sit with the group.

SYNOPSIS

Straight-A college student Jeff Chang has always done what’s expected of him. But when his two best friends Casey and Miller surprise him with a visit for his 21st birthday, he decides to do the unexpected for a change, even though his critical medical school interview is early the next morning. What was supposed to be one beer becomes one night of chaos, over indulgence and utter debauchery in this outrageous comedy.

Any plans for Mardi Gras after the movie. I'm thinking Bayou Bobs on 16th for hurricanes. Suggestions are also welcomed! Happy Mardi Gras, everyone!!

I would like to propose Rebekah and I will greet. For those that can make happy hour drinks(5-625),meet at Dave and Busters bar area when you first enter. At 630 everyone should meet at the top of the escalators near the arcade area. I will be in black shirt, green beads, blue jeans and black shoes. Rebekah or myself will stake out seats for the group while the other greets at top of escalators. Don't think it will be hard to recognize Rebekah in a crowd ;).

just curious - but how is this a free event???

    1 · February 11, 2013

    • Rebekah

It is a free pre-screening. Movie studios do them to generate buzz before a movie is released.

      February 11, 2013

    • Regina

      oh, i see! cool !

Can you see the real me? http://www.youtube.co...

      February 11, 2013

    • Michael

Oh...I didn't mean for that to lead into a Who discussion--this is a discussion about the movies....who's meeting early and where? Did that get decided?

      February 11, 2013

  • Amanda

Unfortunately, I already have plans but I would love to do something like this next time!

    February 11, 2013

Thanks..sounds like D&B for a per movie HH beverage is best option...and can park once, then walk back & forth!

    February 10, 2013

I would say 6:30-6:45pm is ideal so we can corral everyone up to a nice seating area. As far as happy hour before the movie... Between 5-630pm, I-25 and Colorado blvd area can be a profanity-laden vehicular venture with frustration spread atop. For those that want drinks before the movie(5-625pm), I would recommend Dave and Busters which is walking/crawling distance next door to the theatre (located in same complex). For those that want drinks after movie, I recommend Stadium Inn (mentioned below).

    February 10, 2013

  • Lenny M.

What time do we need to be there?

    February 10, 2013

  • Adrian D.

I actually live across the street from the theatre,I would like to greet or co-greet if there is a need. I will be wearing a mischievous but ever so welcoming smile ;) Oh and look for the green beads ;). As far as a place for drinks (after movie) I recommend a dive bar down the street on Evans (Stadium Inn) the pour is heavy and beam two bucks... just don't chuck and two pool tables to play on after you knock a few back...

    February 9, 2013

  • Michelle W

Would someone please volunteer to greet people at the theater, I can't make this event, but I wanted you to have this opportunity. Thanks! This is a FREE showing of the movie and you don't have to wait in line. :)

    February 9, 2013

    • Rebekah

      I can do that :)

      February 9, 2013

  • Jason O.

Cant at that time of day.

    February 8, 2013

There is a place its call Bull and Bush Pub and Brewery located at 4700 Cherry Creek South Dr Denver, Co 80246. I have been to this place before and its really good for the
    happy hour.

    February 8, 2013

  • Lenny M.

I would be in for drinks before...want me to find a place with happy hour close by? We could meet/park in the theatre parking lot and drive over to a place or meet at a place nearby for a drink...)
