Watch the World Cup at Fado's with 100+ of your closest friends!

Fado's is hosting us for the World Cup an epic game of Brazil V.S. the Ivory Coast! We will be joining a group of 100+ Brazilian fans (so be sure to wear the right jersey colors;) They will have a room set aside specifically for us to watch the game. We will likely be there most of the day, so feel free to come and go as you choose. Fado's will have contests and prizes that day as well. Here are the drink specials: $4 jameson; harp and chardonay $15 for 5 bud/bud light (you can mix and match) buckets Food and drink combos starting at $8. (so like a sandwich and a drink) So come on out and join us for this event! Michelle

I did not say I would bring red balloons for this event because they would block the views of the game... Sorry for the confusion. Hope to see everyone at the next event.

Got there a bit late , maybe an hour , and the place was obivously packed. I could not find any RED ballons lol and could not find anyone I reconized. I stayed and squished my way thru the crowd to watch the game. asked three bartenders where the group might be and they had no clue. I would really like to attend more meetup groups .. but I do not want to attend if if am going to be alone.. I ended up leaving after the final score and walking down the blvd. I did go to the room that was where the brazil fans were at, but still did not see anyone or anything to label this group.

I see you want $1.00 to hold a spot, how do we do that?

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
