The reason we feel tension is because we are actually holding on to negative energy from past traumatic experiences. Whether it was physical or emotional, something that happened yesterday, or years ago, our bodies tense up to protect us when something bad is happening. We hold on to these experiences in our necks, shoulders, lower backs, knees, ankles, and even our genital area. That is why so many men are having prostate issues and problems with e.d., and women are having trouble experiencing orgasm.
The good news is that once we are aware of the situation there are techniques available that can assist us with letting go. Intentional breathing is one of them, and when done regularly will initiate the release process. Not only that, proper breathing can increase the amount of oxygen we take into our bloodstream by 50% which helps to manage anxiety, depression, stress, high blood pressure, and can even reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer.
The thing is that you have to breathe properly. If you are not breathing all the way into your lower abdomen EVERYTIME you take a breath, you are really just sabotaging yourself. Even if you work out regularly, jog, do yoga, take walks… if you are not filling your body with deep healing breaths the benefits you are receiving get diluted. Understanding the power of breathing will open the doors to Self healing.
In this class we will be going over the chakra system and how to clear our past conditionings. All the things that are holding us back from moving ahead and freeing our Selves from the negative energy that's been building up over a life time. We'll talk about the power of vibration, how to use it effectively, and how to create a powerful vibrational meditation for our Selves. We will also learn and practice proper breathing and simple stretches created to bring us into alignment, which actually gives our energy the chance to move.
Practicing the things that you'll learn in this webinar on a regular basis will lead to a whole new you. You'll feel more energized and start to get in touch with who you really are. You'll finally feel what it's like to truly relax and be in the moment. After all, the present moment is really all there is.
~ Make it a point to wear loose comfortable clothing, jeans or belts are not recommended. Be prepared to participate for an hour and a half and put a mat or blanket on your floor so you can practice at home.
