Synopsis:
Ten years out of high school, three unhappy friends show up “not-quite-invited” to their classmate’s hotel room for the perfect bachelorette celebration. Half a bathtub of booze later, the former prom queen is melting down, the nice-girl cokehead is on a mission to mend the mauled wedding dress, and the lacerating maid of honor finds her picture-perfect life less stable than it seemed. A smash hit Off Broadway, Leslye Headland’s shrewd and biting play is an aria to the anxiety and self-loathing of a generation.

All tickets at Profiles Theatre are General Admission, so the group will sit together.
Seating is on both sides of the stage, so the audience has a great view from anywhere in the theatre. Patrons should arrive at least 20 - 30 minutes before showtime to choose their most desired seating. Because of the intimate arrangement of the theatre, there is no admittance once the performance begins. Profiles Theatre is conveniently located in the Uptown/Buena Park neighborhood, and very easily accessible by CTA or Lake Shore Drive.

Driving:
If coming off of Lake Shore Drive, take Irving Park exit. Make a right on Broadway and continue North to 4147 N. Broadway

If coming off of 90/94, take Irving Park exit and head east to Broadway. Take a left on Broadway and continue north about 2 blocks to 4147 N. Broadway

A self-parking lot is conveniently located at 4100 N. Clarendon, one block east of the theatre. The parking price ranges from $10.00 - $12.00

Bachelorette premiered at New York’s Second Stage Theatre Uptown in July 2010 where it enjoyed a sold-out extended run.

Directed by Profiles Associate Artistic Director Darrell W. Cox, the cast of Bachelorette includes Profiles’ ensemble member Eric Burgher (A Behanding in Spokane, Kid Sister) along with guest artists Hillary Marren, Linda Augusta Orr, Rakisha Pollard, Amanda Powell and Adam Soule.
