In the interest of finding adequate seating, I've moved the meetup to 2pm.
We'll stilll be at the Tea Lounge, a chill, comfortable coffee shop in Park Slope. We'll get into Steppenwolf, which is an easy read with a lot of meaningful stuff going on.

So the book we're going to go with is Steppenwolf by Hesse. It's short but full of value. Get it and read it even if u dont come to the meetup, that's just my $.02. If u are coming, try to read through the 'Treatise on the Steppenwolf', it's early in the book. We'll get together and talk about how we relate to it and how it speaks to modern life and how we fit into it. I'm still working on a venue. We need somewhere quiet. Right now the Tea Lounge in Park Slope looks good. Suggestions welcome.
