Join me as I'll be guiding and sharing the Life Bliss Meditation with everyone. This is the perfect daily meditation to center you in a blissful, peaceful, energetic mood for the rest of your day. Each of the five steps in this meditation has been adapted from ancient Vedic scriptures and is responsible to awaken a different dimension in you and has been collected and arranged by enlightened master, Paramahamsa Nithyananda in such a way that makes it into a very powerful and healing practice with great results that only require about 35 minutes of your time. We will begin at 10:00 AM sharp, briefly introduce ourselves and I'll explain the different steps before guiding everyone into the meditation. This is a beautiful meditation in part dynamic and in part visual. It's a meditation for Instant JOY!
Please bring a blanket, yoga mat or whatever you need to be able to sit comfortably. Part of the meditation involves sitting on your knees so if your knees are sensitive, please bring some padding.
There is no cost for this meditation and donations are always welcomed. All donations will go to the Nithyananda Vedic Temple & University in Montclair so that we can continue to keep our doors open, enriching and providing free services for the public at large.
