Wonderful scenery, especially in the gorge!

The trail is an old rail line, some gradual elevation change. Moderate elevation change on roads and in gorge.

Safety stuff: This ride doesn't have a sweeper, please stay with group. Helmets are strongly encouraged; the path has street crossings, and we will be riding on roads. I am not a first responder or have a CPR certification. You are responsible for your own actions, by saying yes to the ride you are taking on your own risk.

Please bring: enough water and at least one spare tube.

Multi-use trail: The Columbia trail is multi-use trail, including esquestrian, so appropriate etiquette must be followed.

Directions: From I-78, take exit 24. Go north on Oldwick Road (CR-517) for 6 miles. Turn left on Fairmount Road and go 3.3 miles. Turn right on Main Street and go 0.4 miles. Turn right on Bank Street and go for 0.2 miles. Park is on left.

I will be there in a silver Honda Insight. [masked]-6370.
