I have always thought that food is the easiest way for people to relate to their impact on the planet, and typically, what's good for people's health is good for the planet's health. The course readings are very good, the discussion questions are very thoughtful, and the people are interesting and passionate. I look forward to the next session.

It was a pleasure to meet everyone on Feb. 11th for the Menu for the Future discussion group. We have a nice diverse group of people, so the dialogue will be amazing!

It was a very long day for me yesterday, February 11, but a highlight was my first meet-up, Menu for the Future. It was informative, well run and interesting, a hard mix. I am looking forward to the next sessions and already started to read for session 2.

I am really looking forward to meeting everyone who can attend this event. I am also excited to share how my organic CSA farm allows me to do my part for people and planet.
