Introduction

Hello, I'm business continuity & quality manager for a company that mainly develops software for its operating companies (airfreight, ocean, road and logistics) in the Netherlands. As such I'm a enthousiastic user / promoter of Jira and Confluence.

What kind of experience do you have with Atlassian products?

In 2009 we purchased Jira as a bug and issue tracking system for our developers. In 2010 we started to use it as a projectmanagementsystem for EDI in relations to a warehouse management system. Now we are trying to implement it as a helpdesk system also. Recently we purchased Confluence 4.0 for publishing internal procedures and instructions.
