Movement and Flow- Integral components of change
with Martha Eddy & Charlie Badenhop
Have you ever noticed what happens when you feel "stuck" and unable to fulfill your dreams?
Pay attention to your whole self and you will discover that you have been inhibiting the movement and flow that are the precursors of change.
When your thinking mind is at an impasse, invariably your body is somewhat frozen in some places, you are no longer moving completely, and your breathing is more shallow than usual.
Without movement, change will not occur.
Movement IS change!
When you bring about change in your life, we believe it is most productive to rekindle the natural movement that occur when you feel more fully alive.
Change your focus from the problem, to your many resources.
And give your attention to your body, breath, and movement, and everything that is right in your life.
You will begin to notice that change IS indeed taking place in and around you!
Think less, as you move and breathe more, change will be inevitable!
Flow with this change, and you will discover that solutions begin to show up at the edges of your awareness.
During this Sunday afternoon session, Martha Eddy and Charlie Badenhop will show you how effortless change can be when you tap into the movement and flow your whole self is wanting to express.
There will be demonstrations, conversations, revelations, and a celebration of life.
As Martha and Charlie share their insights and experience, and invite you to do the same.
You'll learn about:
• The unconscious structure of change
• How to fully engage your BodyMind
• How to think with your breath
• Cognitive/Somatic congruency
• The metaphor of movement and flow
Martha and Charlie have an incredibly rich background in dance, Aikido, various bodywork and healing modalities, mindfulness, and the list goes on and on!
Please join us in celebrating the potential life has to offer each and every one of us.
