Marco Mulder,  Petra Kiers,  and Serge Beaumont

Marco Mulder and Serge Beaumont will host the third (!) nlscrum meetup. I'm looking forward to an evening of interesting stories and good tips.

It will be an opportunity for Scrum users of all experience levels to learn about and share experiences with Scrum. The meetup will start with a presentation by agile consultant Cesario Ramos, who used Scrum to get a a big project on track that had already failed twice. After that, there will be Open Space sessions where you can discuss topics with experts and peers in a small group setting. Join the nlscrum community in this learning environment!

The meetup starts at 16:00 and ends at 21:00. Free dinner is included!

Learned new paths to get architecture into scrum, it was fun and real 'open'.

Learned that pre-scrum/pre-sprint activities are no issue for the attendees due to the pretty 'generic nature' of scrum. Issue was common understanding about 'architecture' and 'architects'. Very nice to meet so many people. It amaze me (again) that so few female participants attend. Can we have more diversity? Instead of 46, the # of attendees was 30+ people. select nlscrummeetup, date count attendees from attendees that have showed up;) group by nlscrum meetup, date

Hey Serge, since you explained what bootstrapping is (creating a selfsustaining proces that proceeds without external help), how can a howto to the scrum proces be a 'bootstrap'? Or is it you're offering your help to help ourselves? That would be very nice and interesting. Because Soemirno and Remon would like to explore/discuss pre (?) scrum activities too, I will prepare something that can kickstart (not bootstrap) an open space session ;)

Serge, I would like to second Mary's suggestion.

Seeing two people seconding Mary's suggestion, I'm cool with that as a theme. How about this theme: "How to bootstrap the Scrum process?".

Rob, by all means take your ideas with you to the OpenSpace. In the OpenSpace format the agenda is decided on the start of the OpenSpace, and determined by the participants.

My ideas for subjects I would like to discuss: - ways to incorporate code and architecture reviews in an iteration - what is a good userstory, and how to create one - how to scale Scrum down to small teams, e.g. teamsize < 3
