One month of the notice is good! Find a good venue and let's have a session!
I believe we have a plenty of ideas - it's probably good to have a speaker / networking session first so people get excited! Maybe some show-and-tell about Node.js projects people have - might be good idea to partner with Hack-and-Tell meetup for that if Andrew is interested (I noticed you just joined):
Just make sure not to schedule it on the same day with other popular related tech Meetups ;)

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's a meetup that doesn't hold meetups. So, let's release early and release often. There's not going to be a lot of us at first, so we can keep it relatively simple. I'd like to get together in about a month. How does that sound? Too soon? Or not soon enough? Is there anyone who would like to present? Or should we just have ourselves a little hackathon?
