    I have never attended a meeting like tihis before.i am going through alot of tough times right now.i am suffering from severe depression.i am on mental disabilty so i can work.ive been tring to find things to do to occupy my mind anad time.i have tried volunteering,but it,s not as easy as i thought it would i anyway i am a quiet person till i get comfortable and get to know people .i am on the nervous side.
