Tell us a bit about your interests in reading. Be specific.

For leisure books by Robin Cook and King were my favorites. Recently I've enjoyed Daniel Suarez, Jeff Jarvis, Jerry Parnell and Steven Levy. I'm very technical and so enjoy descriptions of our potential world as its technology progresses.

What are preferred locations and days for you?

The coffee shops and libraries in town are fine. Tuesday and Thursday evenings (and an occasional Saturday and Sunday) are good days.

Are you strictly interested in discussing novels? What about short stories, poetry, plays, childrens lit.,etc?

I like technology and would enjoy discussions of the personal and societal impact of technology. I have chosen to participate in these clubs to be exposed to literature concerned mainly with the human condition and not to continue in my own particular vein. I need you to take me outside of my comfort zone.

When managing your Profile, please be mindful that [1] a recognizable photo of you helps & [2] someone else in the group may share the same first name & [3] nickname/handle though clever and cute, are a distraction and a burden on others. All fair?

Hi, I consider myself a native. I am not a purveyor of fine literature by education or training but I thought I'd try something new. I have been primed by Booze N Books so looking forward to more!
