Introduction
Hello, I am a new resident of New Orleans and new to php as well. I am looking for a group of people to talk php with and to gain better knowledge from people that are fluent in it.
How long have you been using PHP?
I've dabbled in it for the last year, but it wasn't until the last 2 months that I've actually sat down and read books and done tutorials on the subject. My understanding is at the very basic level.
Do you use PHP at your current job?
No, it is my hope that by learning php I can better improve my programming skills and get a foot in the door in the programming world. I'm currently a recent college graduate working a retail job to pay the bills.
