I'm interested in exploring what resources can easily be shared to benefit a cross-issue progressive movement without depleting the individual or organization that shares those resources (example below).
example from above: I've created a list of over 40 places to post events on-line - a mix of progressive and mainstream web calendars - and I've made it available for free on the SoJust Message Board (click on the Events folder for the link). I feel it's important that progressive causes start posting their events on mainstream venues - otherwise you have to already be IN the silo to even know the group exists.
By day I'm the Special Events Manager at GLAD (www.glad.org). I also organizer Socializing for Justice (www.sojust.org) and co-chair the National Organization for Men Against Sexism's Boston Chapter (www.nomasboston.org).
I enjoyed hearing your experiences and insights last night at the SoJust event. I almost wished you shared the stage with the guest speaker!
It was a pleasure meeting you tonight...you ran a great program.

Haha, I always assume people know about my circus artistry now. I need to make it a point to bring it up, I guess!
I don't perform very regularly, I mostly teach. However, I am a circus arts reporter for Examiner.com.
Here is my Examiner page if you'd like to see what I do: http://www.examiner.com/circus-arts-i...
Thank you Robbie! :)
