  • Are you ready for an adventure? Are you ready to explore and photograph the red rocks of Arizona and Utah?

Join Master Photographer Ivan Domazet as he takes you to the Valley of the Gods, Monument Valley, and the Slot Canyons. You will learn photographic techniques to capture and post process images from the daily trips.  These include proper lens selection, creating effective panos, capturing sunrise and sunset, astrophotography, and more.  In the evenings we will review the group's images in an open critique.  During these reviews you'll receive addition instruction of how to improve your images during the next days sessions.

Portions of this trip will be lead by local Navajo guides.  These guides will be take us into private areas that are only accessible with special permission.  As a result we can only take 5 photographers with us.  Expect this trip to sell out quickly.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and other fees.  Once you register for this class you will be sent an itinerary so you can begin booking your lodging.

Sure, the plan is to start in Monument Valley for a few days, then Valley of the Gods, and finally a private Slot Canyon. If time allows we may stop at a few other sites. But those are the fixed points on this trip.

The linked map shows several "Navajo Nations". Can you be more specific?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
