It was a fun day on and off the bike. It's always nice to ride new roads and learn new stuff. Thanks for organizing.

Thanks to all the bicyclists who rode down to Mori Point!!! I hope you enjoyed the ride. I think most of the photos from the day will end up at http://www.meetup.com/San-Francisco-Wildlife-Enthusiasts/photos/

Do we need to be members of the SF wild life Enthusiasts?

Hi Amy, Do we need to wear anything specific for hunting the egg clusters? Does one need to be in the water?

It is unlikely that we will be in the water. I normally just wear jeans and sneakers. Since it hasn't rained yet, I don't think the frogs are laying eggs yet. But there is plenty of other stuff to see. Bring binoculars if you have them.

The route you've posted shows a terminus on a dirt path about 1 km W of the starting point shown on the Wildlife Enthusiasts site -- Bradford Way and Mori Point Road. It's not a big deal unless someone who doesn't accompany the group uses the route and misses the rendezvous.

Sindy, I'm interested but the earliest Bart from E Bay arrives Civ Cntr at 836. Google Bike says route is 24k, 1h 36min, so you could leave considerably later for 1100 hike.
Depending on your route, you might want to consider adding swing by Bart [Daly City?], to accommodate those arriving via Bart. However, you needn't do so for my sake. I'm comfortable making it there on my own, and, depending on weather, might choose to Bart most of the distance.
