I believe it's even more natural to be raw, all the goodness is cooked out of food and so is wasted. I've recently started by having raw breakfasts and have made a raw bread but need to improve and improvise especially because I would like an 'indian' version if possible to replace my favourite curries etc? I'm looking forward to not slaving over the stove as much and possibly saving on my cooking fuel bill and getting more energetic as I'm quite a busy body!
