I prepare a mixture of chopped onions, shallots, parsley, tomatoes from organic farmers market, then I add organic sesame oil, together with natural sea salt, organic black pepper, cayenne pepper from wholefood market, and other organic herbs and spices, with organic garlic powder, and mix it all up, then slice organic multiseed bread, then add houmous, then add the vegetables on top. For desert, I have organic apples from farmers market, or apples from my own apple tree. (Looking to expand my knowledge, that will allow me to consume raw and, if possible wild fruits and vegetables).
Hi, I'm quite health concious, and consume more of whats good for me, and less of whats not, and experiencing a significant difference in my overall health and well being, and looking to take it further. Thanks.
Enjoyed talking to like minded people. Properly organized and planned. Cake demo was interesting. (I still need to remember the ingredients, in order for me to make something as yummy as that). Definetely an event I would keep coming back to. Keep up the good work!
