Easy Walk - North Creek Trail - Mill Creek

Seeing as I am booked this week, Patty has kindly offered to host this meet up. This walk is not lighted along the complete course so bring along a flashlight or headlamp as it may get dark before you finish.

Nice easy, level, paved trail running behind Mill Creek Town Center to McCollum Park. About 5 miles round trip if we make it all the way to McCollum Park.

Dogs in attendance must be leashed and have their owner present.

We will make it a priority to walk as a group. Paces may be a little different but I will stop along the way for others to catch up. Everybody needs to watch out for others. Let somebody know if you need a break or are going to turn around/

Please check email or this site the day of the event for any last minute changes or cancellations due to weather, road closures, illness, etc. I will try to post last minute details by 7am.

North Creek Trail

The ten foot wide hard surface
trail is approximately 2.5 miles
long running between McCollum
County Park and 164th St. SE.
The trail was designed to
accommodate a variety of uses
such as walking, jogging, and
cycling. The settling for the trail
is wooded with some gentle hills.
There is no lighting for night use.
The trail offers great wetland
vistas and bird watching.

Maybe next one we can get the dog's to Paddywack before they close.
The dog's would love that, especially Heather.....

It was good to get out and stretch our legs. Thanks Patty for suggesting this. We will do this a little later in the season when we have enough light to do the entire length.
