Save me from the treadmill. Join me the great outdoors for an incline workout.
Meet in the parking lot on the downhill side of the library and we will work our way UP Main Street. It is a bit of a workout but very doable. We may go at different speeds up the hill but once at top we will wait for everybody to finish ascending. Then we will work our way to Five Corners and circle back via Bowdoin Way. A big circle, about 2.5 to 3 miles I believe. This is a great conditioning walk to get you or keep you in shape for hiking. You don't have to be in great shape to do this, but if you keep coming out to these you should see your fitness improve. That is the goal, to improve and maintain.
We should be done in about an hour to an hour and a half, so if you are slow up the hill expect to jog the rest of the way (only joking :) )
