The buttons on my pants are getting harder to button. Anybody else having this problem after the holidays. Let's push ourselves a little harder and climb some hills and wittle our waists.
Each Monday in January, lets use the Edmonds Library as our starting point and climb some hills. Do not be intimidated. We will push ourselves but not kill ourselves. We may have different speeds up the hill but once at the top we will wait and regroup for all to arrive before moving on. If fitness is your goal, this is the walk for you. Plan on about 45-60 minute walk time.
