"Matt White Fitness" is having a weekly one hour "boot camp" to kick start your heart and get you fit.
Join us for some fitness fun. Working out in a group atmosphere is motivating and fun! Working out with others gives you great support. Customized Personal Trainer's boot camp includes a high paced cardio work out to burn calories and get your heart pumping. There are many different levels of fitness in the class, but the trainer will know just how hard to push you. Each participant is to fill out the Customized Personal Trainer fitness profile form to let the trainer know your current level of fitness, nutrition, and medical status. Print out the forms needed by going to the tab that says "FILES". Print out and fill out the forms titled:
1. Agreement and release of liability
2. Client information
The boot camp class will be held EVERY Saturday from 9 to 10am each month. Advanced payment is required at the beginning of each month or the first time you attend in order for the trainer to know how many to expect in each class for that month.

water bottle filled w/ ice cold drink
yoga mat or large towel
sunscreen
sunglasses
cash payment
wear workout clothes and shoes
wear your heartrate monitor if you have one
Cost $10 per boot camp class. Please bring cash payment to give to the physical trainer.
Bring the total amount to cover how many classes you plan to attend for that month. See our group's calendar to RSVP for those future boot camps.
