Christmas Dinner Reservations open until 3 pm Friday!

Hi Everyone! Due to last minute cancellations there is room for more people to join us at the Pinnacle for dinner :) The party room is booked for us and it comfortably holds 16 people. Currently we are numbering 8-10, so come join us! 

It's Christmas Time - the best time of year to put on your finest, shine your shoes, paint your nails, wear the bling, raise a glass of cheer and Party Up with Friends!!

Festive 3-course Dinner Menu

First Course: 

1. Prime Rib Stew

AAA Alberta beef with root vegetables and Yukon gold potatoes in hearty broth
Paired wine: Penfolds Koonunga Hill, Shiraz, AUS $9
2. Quinoa Salad
Roasted apples, red beets, caramelized onion and sweet potatoeswith organic greens and Okanagan apple cider vinaigrette
Paired wine: Martin’s Lane, Viognier, Okanagan Valley, BC $9
3. Pork Belly and Scallop
House smoked local pork belly, pan seared scallop with maple brown butter sauce
Paired wine: Colores D Sol, Malbec, ARG $8


Second Course:

1. Slow Roasted Turkey

Sage, apricot and cranberry stuffing, roast garlic whipped potatoes,glazed root vegetables, home style gravy & honey roasted cranberries
Paired wine: Tinhorn Creek, Gewürztraminer, VQA, BC $9
2. Grilled Steelhead Salmon
Cream cheese potato latke, roasted fennel,root vegetables and Okanagan Bing cherry red wine reduction
Paired wine: Cedar Creek, Pinot Noir, VQA, BC $12
3. Grilled New York

Third Course:

1. Sticky Toffee Pudding

Warmed date pudding topped with caramel toffee sauce
2. Chocolate Crème Brûlée

3 course menu is $42 per person / 3 course menu plus the 3 wine pairings add $26

    Sorry but I am vegetarian (trying for vegan), organics, little to no sugar, and very little grains, only. This isn't a diet - it's a life-style. It sounds like a good get-together though. Enjoy.
