Call for a New Co-Organizer

From: Kim

Hi Everyone;
With Lisa going off to Dubai and myself on Vancouver Island most of the time for the foreseeable future, I have the need for an assistant to help me manage the web-site and respond to emails. Lisa was a great help to me and she will be much missed.
Being a co-organizer does not mean that you have to organize tons of events.
Being a co-organizer does mean that you are willing to help me manage the web-site, which is mostly just reading each event posted to make sure it is written in a way that members can understand the posting and there is nothing on the 'sketchy' side being posted to the event calendar, event comments, or the message boards.
By 'Sketchy' I mean events like "lets go see a Porno flick!", or comments like "hey, Susan you sure looked HOT last night, or message board posts like "I'm selling my collection of ninja turtles".
Being a co-organizer also means that you help me to read and respond to emails received on the club's gmail.  Here you will find questions like - "I can't seem to post my profile picture", or, "can I please join your group", or, "can you contact Bill and tell him to stop stalking me..." On a more practical note - it may just be "I can't go to the dance on Friday" and then you have to either go into the RSVPs for the event and remove them, or send them an email to ask them to remove themselves please and change their RSVP on the site to "NO".
Please consider this request, it isn't a huge time commitment, but it is important - and I do need help.
Thanks for your wonderful leadership and participation,
PS: Identify yourself!
Please message me if you have hosted events in the past and I have missed identifying you as an Event Host.  I would like to add your name to our newly founded NSSC Event Team and include you in my email list for streamlining the club's event leadership.
Many thanks,
[address removed]
