Is this in Canada or the US or both countries?

This first hunt will be in Canada but we are planning on some hunts in the US in the future

Yeah Mitch, I asked that question before this most recent announcement. :) I'm going to guess that this will end up legal because it's not gambling and instead a game of chance. We are paying for a service and it just happens that we are rewarded based on a portion of the fee we put in minus their costs associated with entertaining us and a profit for their effort. It's a fine business model as I see it and I look forward to the game. :)

I'm now more curious about what kind of a hunt it will be when it can include up to 1000 hunters! That could be quite a mess. :p

well put and you are correct with the layout of the business model, It takes alot of time and money to set up a hunt but well worth it as you will see. As for the mess due to the possible 1000 hunters you will see how that will play out as these hunts will be very challenging on many different levels and some clues can be found in many different places ,oops dont wanna give away to much info yet!

Would you need a lottery licence to do this ? I would hate to put up 100 bucks to find out that it's illegal. No Offence, Just a question:)

Talmon, if they sell 250 maps at $100 dollars each , that's $25000 dollars. They will only have the hunt when 250 maps are sold. If the grand price is 10000 then there is still a $15000 dollar profit to someone lol. And that's how they will break better then even lol.

I would really like more information about this? Do you have a web page?

    January 20, 2014

    • Tyler

No website yet. Its in the works. what specifics would you like more info on? just to let you know I am going to post a free weekly info session about the club and the hunts but will answer any questions I can online for the time being

So many questions. If teams only need to enter $100 each, how do you break even with the final treasure value? What kind of rules are involved in the hunt? What kind of hunt is it;quiz clues, geotracking, etc etc? Is this an ongoing business or a hobby group? Is this your first time running something like this or have you done it before? I have more questions but I'll leave these for now. :)
