Northbay Vegan Book Club

You’re invited to be a part of Sonoma County Vegan book club. We’ll select the most interesting and informative books out there to read and discuss. Our hope is that these meetings will help us solidify our commitment to eat plant-based and perhaps give us the knowledge to lead a few meat eaters to a healthier, kinder way of eating.

Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, November 5th in the dining area of the Codding Town Whole Food’s Market and continue every other Tuesday after that.

Our first selection will be “My Beef with Meat” by Rip Esselstyn, author of the best selling “Engine 2 Diet” book. Neal Barnard, MD wrote “This book is one of the most enlightening and practical books you’ll ever read. Rip tackles every key health issue and provides exactly the information readers need to achieve the best of health and peak performance.”

There will be a vegan pizza to share with the early birds, so come early, bring your book and be ready to discuss the first 40 pages.

Was a great meeting even though we had some no-shows and way too much Pizza because of it. Thanks Paul for the Pizza! Next time be prepared to discuss Chapters 10-19

I would love to attend but have a commitment that night. I will be out of the state in December but would love to join in January; please keep me on the list!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
