On our next meeting we will discuss chapter 10 of Meatanomics, "Recipes for Change" and especially the idea of a "meat tax". as proposed by the author. Do you think that's feasible? What else could we do individually or collectively to counter the efforts of big ag?
I, Paul Sconfienza, propose a somewhat longer meeting this week. For one thing, we might each purchase dinner from Whole Foods and eat while we discuss what our next selection will be.
Please email me your suggestions ([masked]) and I will post a list here on Sunday. That way we will have an opportunity to think about what we each think would be relevant and give everyone interested an opportunity to vote for their choices even if unable to make the meeting.
Should you be a part of our book club? Consider the words of Ghandi: "You may never know what results come from your action. But if you do nothing there will be no result"
