Salvation Mountain & Slab City Talent Show Caravan

Let's head on out to Niland (located on the eastern side of the Salton Sea) to gather for an early lunch or snack, before we head over to Salvation Mountain and the Slab City Talent show.

There is much to see in the area including the Salton Sea, thermal mud pots, hot springs, Salvation Mountain, East Jesus and the jewel of the day, The Slab City Talent Show.

The talent show really gets cookin' as it gets dark, so some of you will decide to spend the evening there.

We will be meeting at the Buckshot Deli in Niland between 10 & 11am.

NOTE: Some members will be carpooling from the Grantville Trolley Station in Mission Valley at 7:30am. Arrange your carpooling below or meet there (I would suggest being early to the trolley station).

This trip is in conjunction with the San Diego Photography Collective & The San Diego Urban Exploring Group, so other rides & passengers are signed up there and you can coordinate with them. Riders are expected to chip in for fuel costs, so bring extra cash.

The 7:30 time is when the carpools will be meeting at Grantville Trolley Station in Mission Valley. If you plan to drive from North County, disregard that and we'll meet you at Buckshot Diner in Niland between 10:00 & 11.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
