This set of meetups at John Braithwaite are very popular.Hosted by Master Instructor Lynne Cove, assisted by Sifu Josie Loehrich or Maggie Witzsche on Wednesdays and Fridays (as a substitute instructors), these meetups are often full. If you wish to join in for a drop-in, and have never been to class before, please try to arrive a few minutes early, meet Master Lynne Cove and grab a spot!
Location 2At North Shore Neighbourhood House on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Tai Chi & Qigong - Tuesdays & Thursdays starting Tuesday, January 6th, 2015
These classes are on-going and focus mostly on Tai Chi. The Qigong portion of the meetup is integrated into the tai chi meetup. These classes are twice a week. Can you only make it to one? Please email email@example.com and ask about once a week classes.
These classes have two or three instructors to help: Lynne Cove, Josie Loehrich or Maggie Witzsche.
8:30am - 10am - Beginners - Newbies should attend at 8:30am.Intermediates and Advanced will also start warm-up at 8:30am.
Qigong and Tai Chi Fusion - Thursday Evenings - 7:30pm - 8:30pm starting Thursday January 8th, 2015
Sign up for this Qigong and Tai Chi Fusion class. You will be taught a little of both so that it will help you to understand the differences between the two. P

8:45am - level 2 Beginners and Intermediates (51 form sword or fan)
9:45am - Qigong Only - 1/2 hour
10:15am - Beginners (with the basics) + Level 2 Beginners - Part 2 of 24 form
11:15am - Basics for Beginners in Tai Chi
Wednesdays - starting January 7th, 2015
4pm - Newbies for Basics Tai Chi
4:30pm - Level 2 Beginners (those with the basics)
5:15pm - Qigong only 1/2 hour
5:45pm - 48 Form - Part 2
New to Tai Chi Students come at 4pm for the first four classes in January and then classes start at 4:30pm.- Level 2 Students - those who know the basics, should come at 4:30pm
Qigong only students - starts at 5:15pm - 5:45pm
Intermediate students - starts at 5:15pm
