Greek dining is my absolute favorite--well, after authentic home-cooked Mexican food from somebody's Grandmother's kitchen (who hails from the Puebla region of Mexico).
Since I can't easily get to Astoria nor Puebla these days, I must try out this new Greek restaurant; it's getting rave reviews by the way.
Guess what NEAD? It's in Norwalk (yeah!).
Word on the street: actual Greek folks are flocking to it.
I am so there...

Food tasted even better the next day after sitting in its spices. An all around 'A' in my book. I vote for a take 2 for sure!
Can't wait to go back and try ALL the side dishes. The side of orzo went perfectly with the sampler platter which was great

Audrey, are you coming tonight?
See you there Jeanne!
Is there any way to imbed music onto MEETUP because the music playing on the new PONTOSTAVERNA.COM website is so cool!
It seriously puts one in the mood for a good ol' GREEK time.

Hope to see you when you get back into town.
Called up and asked about "Specials" they have three kinds of Snapper on the menu and two kinds of "Scrod." Hope I spelled the second fish correctly. Check out their brand new website. So excited about this one!!!
Will plan a trip to Estia soon, Jeanne.

I vote Yes for Estia!! It has much more food that I can eat being mostly vegetarian, the menu is much better!! Thanks!

We will do Estia soon!
This is a "No reservation" restaurant by the way...but the owners have assured me "we will be fine" as we are dining on a Thursday Night (wouldn't be possible on a Fri or Sat). I have talked with them a couple of times now to be sure.
Can't wait for this Meet Up.
I would love to go sounds nicr

Probably won't make the list but I'll join the waitlist and keep my fingers crossed!

Should we go to Estia instead, guys? It is also in SONO and is getting much better reviews.
Just got some negative feedback about this place. Hope it is okay. I was pointed in the direction of a different place in SONO instead.
Folks, there is a movie theater next store as Jeffrey said so if anyone wants to grab a movie before hand...I made this MEET UP at 7:30 PM...so you have time. Sorry, I can't join in a movie.
It's great to hear that the food is good, Jeffrey.
Can't wait for some Mousakka (well that's what I will be taking home) not sure what I will eat when I am actually there~

Audrey, Pontos has great Greek Food. Going to try to make it. Its perfect for Dinner and a Movie so you may want to consider that option as it's next door to Garden Cinemas. They do authentic greek Souvlaki, Gyro, Grape Leaves, Mousakka, etc.

Don't know where to go to eat in Fairfield County. Do not fear, Audrey is here!
Plenty of fun for everyone at Burger Bar & Bistro!
Ask them to sing to your birthday boy or girl. They will!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
