NYT Notable 100: Which nonfiction titles should we read for December and January?

Dear Notable Readers,

For the nonfiction group, we are going to try something new: We will be choosing the book a month and half in advance. Therefore, for this poll, we will be choosing both the December and January selections. The people attending last week's nonfiction meetup have nominated six books for next month's fiction selection and we now need everyone's help to choose the winners. You can click on the link below to find out what the books are and to vote for the two that you most want to read.

Please vote only once. The poll will close at 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, November 24. The winner will be announced on Thanksgiving Day.

We have scheduled meetings for our nonfiction group for Wednesday, December 15, at 7:00 pm and Wednesday, Jaunary 19, 2011, at 7:00 pm. Both will be at the Penn Quarter Teaism. To ensure a good discussion, the number of RSVPs has been limited to 20. The RSVP is already open.

Thanks for your participation and input, and happy reading!

Michael, Geraldine, Katie, Mark.
