This Meetup group aims to explore some of the cultural aspects of life, and get people sharing experiences and getting thinking! We are a relaxed and friendly bunch, and we welcome new members to any of our events!

We host: 

• Monthly book group, held on the third Wednesday of each month.
• Monthly film group, a trip to The Broadway cinema held on the first Wednesday of each month.
• Nottingham Classics concerts.
• Book swaps, where you can trade your old books with other group members.
• Nottingham Café Scientifique and Culturel where, for the price of a coffee or glass of wine, you can come to explore the latest ideas in science and culture. Cafe Sci meets on Monday nights during term time. You can read more about Nottingham's Café Sci here.

We also hold other events or lectures that may be of interest, so why not look at our calendar and see if anything sparks your interest! 

As much as possible we try and co-ordinate our events with those on the Nottingham Social Activities Group with whom we share many members; so why not join both and have a packed social calendar!
