Full details here:

Come celebrate Vietnamese culture and many other Asian cultures at the 7th annual Fiesta Asia Street Festival!

This is one of the largest, longest-running, and most highly-regarded Asian Culture festivals in the DMV - over 20,000 people attended last year's street festival, and another 10,000 attended other Asia Heritage Foundation events in May (Asia Heritage Month). Our group has attended Fiesta Asia for the past two years, and I have volunteered for the past three. There are many Asian-Culture themed festivals in the area, but this one is right at the top in terms of fun!

This event will run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Pennsylvania Avenue NW, between 3rd & 6th Streets. Happenings include outdoor craft exhibits, live performances, food and open market vendors, interactive displays, martial arts demonstration, talent show, cooking demo, flash mob dancing and many more!

This event is Metro Accessible (Archives/Navy Yellow/Green lines)

Everyone can choose to simply attend with our group, volunteer, or both. Volunteer Signup:

You can list up to 3 volunteer preferences, and if you identify yourselves as being with the NOVA/DC Vietnamese meetup, organizers will do their best to have you volunteer with us. I volunteered for a shift in the beer garden last year and had a blast! After my shift I had even more fun around the festival. My favorite part was the FOOD.
