The focus of this group will be on educational seminars on different residential real estate topics.
For 2009, the seminars will be for the benefit of Northern VA Home Buyers. Seminar topics may include First Time Home Buyer seminars, Auction seminars, and seminars on how to buy bank-owned properties and short sales. Topic suggestions are welcome.
We are hoping that this group will remain fairly small in size so the attendees can get personalized attention at each event.
If you are interested in real estate and are not a VA licensed real estate agent, you are welcome to attend these seminars.
