Hi Rubyists and Railsians,

One of my recruiting clients is in desperate need to hire 6 back-end Technical Developers. This are fairly junior positions and the salaries are $60K to $80K depending on experience and demonstrated skillset.

They are looking for strong back-end web developers skilled in Java and some open source technology stack. Positions do include up to 50% travel as these are consulting positions. This is a super great company. One of my old bosses is the head honcho.

I am paying $750 referral reward if the candidate you refer to me gets hired after the 90 day guarantee period. Do you know anyone?
