This Tuesday, Nov. 5 ~ Educational Seminar --
Smart choices mean easier work, better results...and better returns.
What? Where? How Much?:
What to use. Where to find it. How much it should cost.
presented by Chuck Emmons,
General Contractor, Investor, Land lord.
You have a lot of choices to make when repairing and rehabbing your properties - about
products and materials.
Now get specific answers to help you make those choices for each area of work -- which items to use and why, sources where you can find those items, and their cost -- from a leading local general contrator who has worked primarily with investors for more than 10 years.
This seminar will be partially audience-participation. Chuck will provide you with his own list of more than 30 local sources which he can recommend from experience. And you are
asked to bring your list of preferred sources and share them with the class.
Three of the most complicated areas will be explained in detail by guest experts (vendors) in these areas -
Fans and Lighting Fixtures
Cabinets and Granite
This seminar will provide you with a tremendous gold mine of invaluable, specific, ready-to-use investing information. You can't afford to miss it.
(see time, place, and admission below.)
Learning through training is cheaper.
Chuck Emmons has completed more than 80 complete rehabs for himself, and countless remodels for other clients (including more than 60 for other investors). He works with a team of sub-contractors who have worked with him on all of these projects. He actively
works in each and every project, doing what he calls "grunt labor", so that he can oversee and ensure that his crew, and any specialists, always perform in top form.
Chuck is a registered General Contractor in Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, and Plano. He also owns and manages 13 of his own properties, and he understands first-hand the needs and issues of being an investor and maintaining rental properties.
He is the father of 6, and on any given day, from 1 to 5 of his adult children are working with him on projects. He says he expects that one day he'll be watching his grandchildren building complete homes.
