    •  Good job!
    •  not sure that the pitch session format is appropriate for this group.
    •  better by far than last month. The speakers were, with the exception of the first one (search within search), excellent. That is essentially all I am there for, so it was a great event for me. I love the fact that "how will you change the world" was asked a few times.

Great meetup! Very informative and inspiring. Scott kept a decent control of the group. BUT his comments to some presenters were inappropriate. I felt he was taking advantage of his leadership role to have a final word on the presentation. I have a lot of respect for Scott's work, as I am sure many people in the audience did, but the purpose of these presentations was to get feedback from everyone, not just an endorsement from Scott. I hope that in the future, he is more sensitive to how the fact that he was speaking from the stage gave the impression that his words counted more than other members of the group.

Overall the event was great but it would have been better if it started ON TIME. It is incredibly annoying to rush to show up only to wait 45 minutes to get started. Also, I think you should be fair to each presenter and give the SAME amount of time ~ it was clear that some had much more time.

this is was my first meeting. I learned about NY Tech community and will attend future meetings.
    •  I really had trouble understanding nearly all the presentations. Some of them I thought were pretty worthless, some of them I just don't have the background to understand - I've never contributed to a wiki, so the one about mass news reporting I just didn't understand, and I really haven't done much with rich content or gaming.
    •  What a great meetup experience! It is hard to get any better than this (maybe not very hard). After this meetup, I want to drop all other meetups. It is great to have such a platform for people to come together to explore ideas. It might turn out to be something bigger. Although some of Scott’s comments might be inappropriate, I find his comments sincere and generally true. Although some people might feel offensive, I can live with that. It is better to have sincere opinions than plain good manners. Sometimes it is just hard to be offensive even you want to.
    •  Loved the presentations as well as Scott's language ;-) Lots of fun! I especially liked Scott's questions for the presenters and the opinions he gave on each. Great experience!
    •  Great event, my first time at this meetup and I'm phsyched. Look forward to many, many more!
    •  I was excited by the enthusiasm, and the light atmosphere.

Good presenters, but I feel if we started earlier on time we could have given each group a little more time.
    •  Interesting presentations and companies. Scott's final comments for each company felt a bit misplaced and unfair. It would be nice to have some better way to locate the presenters at the end of the talk. Maybe space them out in the room in presentation order.

some of the crowd members were pretty rude. I felt bad for the people who were presenting something they're passionate about trying to answer a lame joke from an oh so witty audience member. I'm all for criticism and honesty so long as it's worth hearing.

I thought the Event went well, despite a few rude comments. I also thought the moderator was fresh and quirky, adding levity to a techie gathering.
