    •  Good networking and met very imformative people. Presentations were varied and interesting.
    •  Scott did a good job at MC, but some of the presentations were weak. I wonder if voting is a good system, or if Scott's enlightened dictatorship of the past worked better.

scott, great job, pleasure meeting you
    • Tristan Louis (+1 guest)
lots of hype but little content.
    •  "What will the web be like in X years?" was a great question to ask presenters, but I think we would have gotten better answers if they had been given advance warning to prepare an answer.
    •  some of the presentations were not up to normal tech meetup quality
    •  want to see panel discussion at a future meetup.
    •  overall the demo's were boring and uninspiring.
    •  Would like to have had a chance to make my 30-second plug (was #6 in line). Will have to storm the stage next time, I guess ;)
    • Chip Welsh (+1 guest)
need to qulaify better - mind petal was really weak.....also, at the end make sure the people who are anouncing things spell their web sites - i.e. was it rockettwo or raketu? i could not catch the MIT guys web address and have not seen his post anywhere...which is frustrating as his offer is of interest...
    •  I was disappointed by this month's meet up. I thought the presenters didn't do very well and clearly could have benefited from a little guidence (audience expectations, tips on presenting). Honestly, even Scott seemed a little off and I don't think he communicated very clearly with the presenters or the audience (unplugging the first presenter's computer while he answered a question, asking the audience for what we could imagine the product being used for). Was it the rain?
    •  Interesting hearing the presentations, but there wasn't much of a "meet" part of the meeting -- not much networking going on.
    •  Presentations are great, but the social communial experience is lacking.
    •  Scott, thanks for the great work. This week my company was looking to make an announcement on job openings. Rather than doing job posters/seekers as one-off announcements at the end of presentations, would you consider having all employers/seekers have a designated spot in the room to meet up after the presentations? It's a little tough to be that focused in a bar setting afterward, as not everyone goes for this reason. Seems to me this is one potentially huge benefit of the group - for employers and job seekers - it'd be a shame to miss out on matching up people and opportunities. Thanks.
