Gerry MintzVery well organized, flowed nicely. Companies not quite as interesting as the March event, which was my first. But well worth attending, and I'll be back. BTW, I am shocked that none of the clever hackers has yet built an app to grab a stack of NY Tech Meetup Tix the minute they are released and quickly resell them online in an auction. Perhaps the Lemonade Stand guys could take another bus trip and get this done.

Peter Proppgood energy. I think one less demo would provide the opportunity to make sure people meet the people they are sitting near. Networking is key to the event and forcing people to say hi to people they don't know is a great way to drive networking.Checked-in

Stuart+2 guestsEnjoyed most of the presenters. Love the quick 1-minute ones. For a high-tech group such as this, I really think you need to get better wi-fi connectivity. So many of the presentations rely on internet access and when that fails, the presenters fumble around on stage, loose their momentum, and the audience looses their focus & patience. Inspite of some of the tech issues (which also include ticketing), there are always a number of great take-aways: last night I felt the Corboard app shows a lot of potential, as well as the smart cards/flash cards by Brainscape. Just curious why more of these startups don't simultaneously develop for both iPhone/iPad AND ANDROID? There are more & more of us Android users out there and we'd like to be treated as equals. :-) Overall, a good meeting. Thanks.

Ryan+1 guestNate et al, Once again you've provided an exceptional experience. You maximize everyone's time by keeping talking to minimum, while pushing demos to the forefront. Thank you. Last night I sat next to Craig Newmark while three young, scrappy engineers got on stage and demoed their project, Lemonade Stand - an application to simplify the Craigslist listing process. Christian Grossit was my third Tech Meetup and I would say it was less interesting than the first ones. There were a couple of good demos but I wasn't thrilled like in my first meetups. The Meetup probably was too long.Checked-in
