I'm a paying Meetup organizer who cannot call Meetup due to the support phone line being discontinued. I speak for many other paying members in saying we want phone support. Email support is not adequate. This will be a cause (along with other unwanted changes Meetup has made in the last 12 months) of many paying members like me closing their accounts.
