That's a naive way to think of it.�� Also, I don't bill by the hour.�� That only encourages laziness.�� I only bill by the hour as punishment to clients that are wasting my time.

I run a small shop that is pretty lean and mean.�� Not a lot of BS.���� The key is not being lazy and working efficiently with smart people.��
