They have the most commercial support too.

There are tons of shops in NYC and DC that exclusively do Drupal/ 
Joomla/Typo3 installation/configu­ration/design.  They've been  
unoffically endorsed by the non-profit and political sectors, and an  
entire commercial design industry has sprung up around them


There is also Bricolage and Krang

They're the 2 classic Perl CMS that have been around for years.   
Kineticode even funded integrating a PHP interpreter with Perl ( yes,  
you heard that right ) so Bricolage could be extended with PHP.  In  
terms of power and scaling, few applications - open source or  
overpriced commercial solutions - can compare to those apps.
