Happy to ?help if i can. My "secret" is i sit down and ask myself questions, testing my own logic. It ends up really easy to write and its in Q&A format so you in a way do some of your own due diligence. People appreciate it because its all byte sized information. All you need are the sections: Exec Summary, Tech/Product,?HR & Management Bios,?Sales & Marketing, Financials, Conclusion?

anyone have a biz plan template they would be willing to share? i have a couple, but i'm not happy with them. thought about creating my own from scratch and still may. however, i thought seeing something someone else was successful with would be a good thing.
don't want any proprietary info and don't want to learn your secret weapon. just a straightforward outline of how info was organized and presented. can be word or power point or both.
willing to trade trade some free pr/marketing advice in return if you have questions about launch strategies or other promotional issues.
thanks in advance
