I did go visit the New Museum. Even though I have sworn to not be a
nattering nabob of negativity, folded for Eddie, and look on the
bright side, I couldn't help but get mad at this: The current exhibit
is crap. I have seen undergrad art shows that were way more impressive
than this. A "fuck bush" t-shirt on a dummy? What am I missing? The
only thing this thing doesn't do is belie its titel, unmonumental.

The building might look interesting from the outside, inside it's just
a box. Traffic-flow through the space is a disaster.

When I stumbled back out after 15 minutes I felt like I got mugged.
Try it out on a free night, just beware if you don't pay you might get
crushed by the hordes.

I was there with a group of people and everybody had the same take on
it, try again in April.

Rant out.
