We might be able to help.  We’ve created the first online temp/contract staffing firm.  If you are looking for permanent/direct hires, we can help with that, as well – although we recommend that you start new workers off as temps (if only for a week or two), to make sure they are the right fit for your company.


With a typical recruiter, you will pay 20-30% of the new hire’s annual salary.  With us, you pay just 8% (plus, for any hours the new works as a temp, we charge a 42% mark-up over what the temp makes – so if the temp makes $50 per hour, you pay us $71, and we cover the temp’s payroll, payroll taxes, workers comp, etc.).  To compare to traditional temp/contract agencies, they charge any where from a 60% to 100% mark-up.  Because we make our money from the mark-up on the hours worked and the 8% conversion fee, we don’t charge anything for you to post a job.  So you can post as many jobs as you want.  You can also save a search, and we’ll e-mail you whenever a candidate that meets your criteria signs up with us.


Once you post a job, our team goes to work driving good candidates to apply to your job.  We make every candidate go through the same application, so you can compare and contrast candidates easily.  We also have hundreds of skills tests you can ask applicants to take – which is free.  And, for a small fee, you can have us run background or reference checks on particular candidates.
